alls Dirty Blonde Ale is a not quite traditional English Blonde Ale.  This refreshing brew  carries the memories of  the easy breezes of summer evenings.  Maybe your first date in Minocqua. The light tan color and white long lasting head continue to invite.  Our malt bill for this wonderful brew includes pale, light crystal and wheat malt.  Traditional English hops provide a rich earthy aroma. An infusion of honey is left on the palate. It’s easy to enjoy after a long walk on a summer evening. A great session brew, if the session isn’t too long.

alls Hot Tail Ale would be respected on the streets of 19th century England.  Maybe.  Traditional in all respects.  The warm copper color is the result of our use of pale malted barley, with small additions of caramel and biscuit malt.  Falls Pale uses lower hopping rates than the American West Coast cousin to the English Pale. The result is what we consider a more widely accepted beverage.  Only English hops are acceptable. A creamy tan, long lasting head rests atop.  A great brew to drink while watching the Badgers trounce Ohio State. Also great with a burger and fries.

alls Nut Brown Ale adheres to our motto of “Quality beer made right here”.  Our offering of the style is translucent with a wonderful ruby hue.  A light brown head holds true.  The rich malty flavor is a balance of pale, chocolate, and crystal malts.  We have avoided the dryness experienced in some nut brown offerings.  Traditional hopping is subdued and yet keeps the brew from being too sweet. A great fresh, clean malt aroma remains as the beer warms. Perfect while pondering the problem of autumn’s leaves.

alls Porter is, in our humble opinion, one of the best available.  Dark, rich, and inviting; it leaves the pallet wanting for more.  Only the finest pale, chocolate, crystal and black patent malts are selected for brewing.  Only traditional English hops are allowed near the brew kettle. Only during the first day of a New Moon is the secret ingredient added.  The result is inky black, and opaque with an incredibly full malt aroma and taste. The fine brown head coats the lip until the last sip. The finish leaves hints of chocolate and coffee. Roast beef, and prime rib feel honored to be served with this brew.
