Falls Brewing Company

Our founder, Tim Hudson, is responsible for the idea and concept of Falls Brewing.  Initially, Tim and Jon worked hand in hand on the development of recipes, business plans and other incedentials of starting a brewery.  But Tim is starting to get old.  These days we like him to stay out of the way and squeegee the floors.  Heaven forbid that he would touch a piece of machinery.  All staff are instructed to divert Tim's attention if it appears that he may be thinking about touching anything that is electrically powered.

Tim has homebrewed for many years.  Because of his Irish and English background, he enjoys playing with recipes from that part of the world.  He also tends to wear green underwear, but that's a different story, one that won't be told here.

Our office manager, Amy , is without a doubt, the best looking member of our team.  But more than that she is the cracker of the whip, the keeper of the books, and the life force behind Falls Brewing.  Amy’s full-time vocation is in healthcare, and therefore, she makes sure the workplace is void of contaminants.  Prior to her present vocation, Amy’s educational goals were fostered in accounting.  Her assistance in reaching our financial goals is nothing less than formidable. 

She also keeps Tim out of the way as much as possible by giving him mundane tasks to complete about the brewery. She also manages one son, three daughters, and two dogs (as well as a husband).  Lord help us if she would ever decide to jump ship.

This is Jon. Jon Daul.  He just got back from his honeymoon.  He hasn't been much good to anyone since he returned.  But he's welcome back anytime.  Jon's our brewer.  He learned brewing on a 10 gallon home system.  Jon graduated from University of Wisconsin - Madison not sure what he wanted to do with the rest of his life.  Little did he know it would be on top of a mash tun.  Or, as Jon's mother likes to say, "5 years of college and you end up making beer." 

Jon's background in chemistry and biology have been an enormous asset in the creation of Falls ales, porters and stouts.  Along with his formal education, Jon has an artistic bent.  His beers are unique and mate the old Continental styles with today's tastes.  Jon knows beer.  He should after spending many nights on State Street in Madison.

This is Peter. Peter Hudson.  He just got married in May.  Since he got married he's not worth much either.  But with his winning ways and large thumb we're happy to have him around.  Peter came to us with several years of experience in Customer Service management with a major retailer.  His educational experience in Engineering at Carrol College makes him a major asset about the shop. 

Peter is responsible for Customer Relations, Marketing and Sales.  He’s done a great job.  He’s been running faster than a one armed paper hanger, meaning no disrespect to any one armed paper hangers that might be reading this page.  If you want our products in your local establishment please drop Peter a line.  He will follow up with the owner or buyer.
